Find That Word is designed for a general and family audience, including children of all ages. We take the privacy and safety of children very seriously. We fully comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), GDPR-K (EU General Data Protection Regulation for Kids), and Google Play's Families Policy.
Our Core Privacy Principles for Families:
- No Personal Information Collected: We do NOT collect, store, or share any personal identifying information (PII) such as real names, email addresses, home addresses, phone numbers, or physical location.
- No Behavioral or Personalized Ad Tracking: We do not build user profiles, track user behavior across other apps or websites, or serve interest-based advertisements.
- Family-Safe & G-Rated Advertising: Any in-game ads served through Google AdMob are strictly filtered to the G (General Audience) rating and tagged for child-directed treatment (COPPA / TFCD enabled).

Collecting and Using Your Data
Types of Data Handled
The core gameplay of Find That Word is entirely playable without creating an account or providing any personal information. All game progression, high scores, levels unlocked, and sound preferences are stored locally on your device.
To support ongoing development and deliver optional services, we integrate standard, Google-certified third-party SDKs configured strictly for family compliance:
- Google AdMob (Families Certified): We show non-personalized, family-appropriate advertisements (such as banners, interstitials, and rewarded ads). Ad requests are explicitly tagged with
tagForChildDirectedTreatment: trueandmaxAdContentRating: Gso that Google AdMob does not track device advertising IDs (AAID) for profiling or behavioral targeting. - RevenueCat (Optional In-App Purchases): If you choose to make an optional in-app purchase (e.g., unlocking Pro or removing ads), transactions are handled securely by Google Play. We use RevenueCat to validate the receipt and activate your purchase entitlements. Payment credentials (credit cards, banking info) are processed solely by Google Play and are never received or stored by Us.
- Crash & Diagnostic Data: Anonymous, aggregated diagnostic data may be collected automatically by Google Play to help us identify software crashes and maintain performance.
Permissions Requested
- Internet Access & Network State: Required to request child-safe ads from Google AdMob and to validate in-app purchases through Google Play.
- Billing / In-App Purchases: Required to allow optional in-app purchases through the official Google Play billing system.
Data Retention & Security
We do not operate backend servers that store personal player data. Your progress and settings remain on your local device. Uninstalling the App or clearing its storage in your device settings deletes all local game data.
